Dr. Himanshu Chauhan has been working as Associate Professor, Computer Science and Engineering at College of Engineering Roorkee (COER). He received his B.Tech. Degree in 2001 from MJP Rohailkand University, Bareilly and his M.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering) Degree in 2007 and his Ph.D. (Computer Science and Engineering)   Degree in 2012.

Dr. Chauhan has more than 17 years of academic experience, and has guided more than fifteen M.Tech dissertations. He has taught several core courses like C, Computer Graphics, Database Management System, Distributed Computing, Computer Organization, Data Structure, Discrete Structure, Theory of Computation Software Engineering etc., and has published 15 research papers in national/international journals/conferences. His areas of interest include Image Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Artificial intelligence.
