Dr. Sudhir Kumar Gaur completed his Bachelor’s degree in 1980 from Agra University, his M.A. (English) in 1987 from Meerut University, his PGMM in 1996 from IGNOU, PG Diploma as well as his MBA in Management in 2003 from IGNOU, and his Ph.D. in Management in 2019 from Shobhit University, Meerut. 

He has 34 years of teaching  and administration in various fields like HRD, IGNOU, Scouts & Guides etc., and has also published several research papers and three chapters in renowned publications. 

He has delivered a number of guest lectures in several different colleges, universities and other institutions like DRDO.
