Dr. Jagatpal is an assistant professor in department of Agriculture, College of Engineering Roorkee. He obtained his B.Sc. (Ag.) Honors from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur in the year 2014, M.Sc. (Ag.) Extension Education in 2016 from Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya and Ph.D. (Agricultural Extension) in 2019 from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Modipuram, Meerut of  Uttar Pradesh. He has two years academics experience and working field is Agricultural Extension. He received the “Best Research Scholar Award” in 2019 the “Extension Scientist Award” in 2019 and “Young Scientist Award” in 2020.

He published 6 research papers, 1 Book Chapter, 08 popular articles. He has attended 10 training programs and 15 National/International Seminars/ Conferences/symposiums and webinars.
