The University has an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to ensure the quality of teaching and related processes. The IQAC is headed by the Vice-Chancellor and has senior faculty members, university officials, external professionals, and other stakeholders as members. The policies and decisions of the Cell are implemented by the Vice-Chancellor or the University management based on the recommendations of the IQAC. The IQAC is responsible for planning, guiding, and monitoring the quality assurance and enhancement activities of various colleges and departments in the University, in accordance with the University’s vision and mission. It monitors all academic processes and programs, including teaching-learning, evaluation procedures, and examinations, as well as research, consultancy, and extension activities. The IQAC conducts academic audits, both internal and external, and identifies opportunities for improving the academic and administrative performance of the University in all aspects of its operations.
